該清洗機是一臺適用于精密工業(yè)清洗領(lǐng)域的智能化高精密超聲波清洗設備。設備動(dòng)作過(guò)程由PLC做智能化控制,多個(gè)由SUS316L不銹鋼材質(zhì)制作的超聲波清洗槽、切水槽,循環(huán)熱風(fēng)烘干槽、上下料系統等組成的一條連續工作的由清洗到烘干的精密智能化清洗設備系統。操作員將工件籃放置在進(jìn)料臺上,進(jìn)入上料區,上料輸送系統將清洗籃送往超聲波脫脂清洗槽。超聲波啟動(dòng)清洗,在高頻超聲波強有力的空化效應沖擊作用下,油污、指紋,等污垢完全脫落,將污物徹底清洗掉;然后歷經(jīng)后續多道持續清洗后由輸送裝置將清洗籃送烘干槽、對工件進(jìn)行熱風(fēng)干燥后送出料端做靜電后出料端。操作員在出料端將清洗框取出轉入下一道作業(yè)工序

Ultrasonic cleaning is initiated, and under the strong cavitation effect of high-frequency ultrasound, oil stains, fingerprints, and other dirt completely fall off, thoroughly cleaning away the dirt; After going through multiple continuous cleaning processes, the cleaning basket is sent to the drying tank by the conveying device, and the workpiece is dried by hot air before being sent to the discharge end for electrostatic elimination.
